계정 삭제 요청

FishTracker(피시트래커) 회원 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제 방법을 안내합니다.

1. 앱에서 바로 삭제

FishTracker 앱 → 마이페이지 → 앱 정보 → 약관 및 정책 → 회원 탈퇴에서 두 번 확인하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.

2. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우 — 전자우편으로 요청

recon7347@gmail.com 으로 아래 내용을 보내 주세요.

본인 확인을 위해 해당 이메일 주소에서 보내 주셔야 합니다. 요청을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 회신합니다.

3. 삭제되는 데이터와 남는 데이터

구분항목처리
삭제회원 계정 정보(이메일, 이름, 회원 식별자), 로그인 정보탈퇴 즉시 삭제
계정과 분리되어 남음출조 계획·출조 기록·조과·항적계정 정보가 삭제되어 회원과 연결되지 않으며, 같은 계정으로 다시 가입해도 복구·조회되지 않습니다
법령에 따라 보관위치정보 수집·이용 동의 기록동의 사실 입증을 위해 관련 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관

휴대전화에 저장된 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.

Delete in the app: FishTracker → My Page → App Info → Terms & Policies → Delete account.

Request by email: send "FishTracker account deletion request" to recon7347@gmail.com from the Google account email you used to sign in. We process requests within 7 days.

Deleted: account information (email, name, user ID) and sign-in data, immediately. Kept but unlinked from you: trip plans, trip records, catches and tracks — no longer associated with any account and not restored on re-registration. Retained by law: consent records (for the legally required period). Data on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
